06 Things to Know

Things to know.

If you don’t see your question here, message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within five minutes.

What should I wear?
For oil and aromatic treatments, you’ll be given a fresh robe and undergarments. For traditional Thai massage, light loose clothing is provided — you remain fully clothed throughout. Lockers are secure and only you have the key.
Do I need to book in advance?
No — walk-ins are welcome between 14:00 and 22:00. For specific therapists or evening slots after 19:00, we recommend booking by WhatsApp or Fresha at least 2 hours ahead.
Is gratuity included?
Yes — all listed prices include gratuity and VAT. If you’d like to thank your therapist personally, you’re welcome to, but never expected.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Within 4 hours, we ask for 50% of the treatment cost — held against your next visit.
Can I bring my partner? Do you have a couples room?
Yes — we have a dedicated couples suite that fits two treatment beds side by side. Mention it when booking and we’ll save it for you.
Is the spa accessible?
The second-floor entrance is wheelchair accessible via lift from the parking garage. If you have specific mobility or health needs, please tell us when booking so we can prepare the right room and therapist.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — physical and digital vouchers available in any AED amount or per specific treatment. Message us on WhatsApp with the recipient’s name and we’ll send a designed PDF within an hour.
